The EU lysine anti-dumping case (AD706) is moving toward a final disclosure feedback deadline of May 5, 2025 and a final ruling expected July 12, 2025. The final disclosure is expected to cut duties for some companies, including Meihua Group, while duties of 40-50% could keep EU lysine producers unprofitable.
Lower duties on Meihua could let the world's largest lysine supplier return volume to the EU, adding supply and pressuring amino acid prices. Higher duties for other suppliers would keep EU prices elevated and limit imports.
