ADM Investor Services reported Q1 2025 cocoa grind data above expectations: North America at 110,278 t (down 2.45%), Europe at 353,522 t (down 3.75%) and Asia at 213,898 t (down 3.45%). The report also noted a sharply lower dollar that supports US cotton export prospects.
Grind data indicates demand has held up better than feared, but the report mainly covers cocoa and cotton, which are outside feed commodity markets. Effects on feed prices are limited.
