The ringgit ended lower against the US dollar on July 28, closing at 4.2275/2345 from 4.2195/2245 the prior Friday. Bank Negara Malaysia cut its 2025 GDP growth forecast to 4.0-4.8% from 4.5-5.5% and lowered its inflation forecast to 1.5-2.3%.
