Russia's Agriculture Ministry set the September export duty on sunflower oil at 5,746.2 rubles per tonne and on sunflower meal at 1,119.4 rubles per tonne. The August duties were calculated but suspended through August 31.
The higher September duty on sunflower products raises export costs and supports Black Sea sunflower meal and oil prices.
