Ukrainian sunflower seed prices stayed high at about $565-585/t because harvest was delayed and yields were low. Sunflower oil demand prices fell $10/t to $1,170-1,180/t as Russian oil prices dropped.
Some processors cut purchase prices as supply and queues at plants grew.
Expected Argentine supply of vegetable oils and meals is pressuring the broader vegetable oil complex. Sunflower oil prices are softening even though raw seed remains costly.
