On 30 April 2026 the EU reopened an anti-dumping investigation on Chinese lysine. The probe, requested by Eurolysine, examines whether duties have been absorbed through lower Chinese export prices.
If the EU finds duties were absorbed, higher duties on Chinese lysine could tighten European supply and lift EU lysine prices.
