S&P Global's Platts discontinued its FOB Morocco bulk NOLA netback assessments for DAP and MAP, effective October 1, 2026, under symbols FDPBC04 and FMAPC04. The change follows shifts in fertilizer trade flows.
Platts' DAP and MAP FOB Morocco bulk assessments are unaffected.
This is a change in how a phosphate netback benchmark is reported, not a change in physical supply or demand, so it has little direct price effect. Buyers referencing NOLA netback values will need to move to other benchmarks.
