EU Solidarity Lanes handled around 60% of Ukrainian imports and 15% of grain, oilseed and related exports in February 2026, versus about 85% of those grain exports via the Black Sea. Since May 2022 the lanes have enabled roughly 91 million tonnes of grain, oilseeds and related products to leave Ukraine.
Black Sea ports remain the dominant grain export route, so disruptions there would matter far more to global grain prices than the overland lanes, which carry a small share of grain.
