Bunge North America was established in New York in 1923 and is headquartered in St. Louis. The company employs approximately 3,300 people in four businesses throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. It is a primary supplier of agricultural commodities and value-added, specialized food and feed ingredients to the worldwide marketplace. The company is organized into four interrelated businesses that include the grain division, oilseed processing division, bunge milling and bunge oils. The grain division buys, sells and store agricultural commodities produced by America s growers. The oilseed division is a processor of soybeans into soybean meal, hull pellets, and crude and refined oil for domestic and export sales. Bunge milling is one of the world s largest corn dry millers. It buys corn and wheat to turn into corn grits, meal, flour, oil, hominy feed and bulgur wheat for the food, feed and brewing industries. Bunge North America has locations throughout the United States, including Decatur, Ala.
