The Indian government plans to unveil a new agricultural export policy to lift sagging farm commodity prices. The policy will address phytosanitary compliance, cold chains and about 25 farm export clusters.
If implemented, easier export access could draw Indian farm supplies into world markets, a modest bearish factor for global prices of exported grains and pulses.
