The EU Trade Defence Instruments Committee approved anti-subsidy duties on Argentine biodiesel imports on January 30, 2019, alongside a price undertaking. Under the deal Argentina can export about 1.2 million tonnes of biodiesel duty-free to the EU, around 10% of EU biodiesel consumption.
