China will impose additional tariffs of 5% or 10% on 5,078 U.S. products, including soybeans, crude oil and small aircraft, and reinstate tariffs on U.S. cars and auto parts. Soybeans face an extra 5% from Sept.
1, and beef and pork face an extra 10%.
