USDA Secretary Perdue is focusing on aid programs for livestock, dairy and specialty crop producers before any aid to crop growers, according to House Agriculture Chairman Collin Peterson. The CARES Act provided $9.5 billion for livestock, dairy and specialty crops and a $14 billion increase to the Commodity Credit Corporation.
