ABN AMRO raised its US growth outlook after stronger Chinese growth and expected large fiscal stimulus. It also expects slightly higher US rates, a Fed taper starting in 2022, and a bottoming dollar, all of which it says are headwinds for commodities.
A firmer dollar and tighter policy later would weigh on dollar-priced grains and meals, partly offset by stronger cyclical demand.
