The EIA reports US fuel ethanol exports fell 9% in 2020 to 87,000 barrels per day, the lowest since 2015. Brazil and Canada took about 40% of exports, and destinations rose to 52 countries.
Lower ethanol export volumes reflect weaker external demand, a modest signal that ethanol-linked corn grind demand relies more on domestic use.
