European and Black Sea wheat quotes rose after a Pakistani TSR tender for 640,000 tonnes drew Russian offers at about $377/t CFR. Algeria also bought 500-550 thousand tonnes, and EU exports are running 37% above last year's pace.
December Paris wheat futures closed near 256 euros per tonne.
