Heavy rains have delayed Ukraine's sunflower harvest for a third week, pushing purchase prices up 500-1000 UAH/t to 16,500-17,000 UAH/t. Processors are raising purchases, and meal prices have risen to $150-160/t at ports on higher feed grain costs.
A smaller harvest, reportedly nearly halved, tightens sunflower meal supply and supports prices. Higher feed grain costs also lift meal values across the feed complex.
