UBS says the US dollar has strengthened further in 2025, with the DXY reaching its highest since November 2022 and trading above 110 intraday. It expects the dollar to stay stronger for longer on robust US data and tariff worries abroad.
A stronger dollar and delayed Fed cuts weigh on dollar-priced feed grains and meals in export markets, while raising import costs for buyers outside the US.
