Egypt's NCIC issued a May/June fertilizer sales tender covering small volumes of DAP, SSP, urea, CAN and SOP. The previous round sold DAP at up to $915-917 per tonne FOB, and urea last cleared at $865 per tonne FOB.
The Egyptian DAP and urea reference prices signal continued high Mediterranean fertilizer costs, and Egyptian stock declines point to tight near-term supply.
