GAPKI reported that Indonesia's 2025 CPO plus PKO production rose 7.18% to 56.55 million tons, with exports up 9.51% to 32.34 million tons. Domestic biodiesel consumption rose 10.97% to 12.7 million tons after the blend increased to 40%, while food use fell 3.64%.
Stronger output alongside record biodiesel absorption tightens the exportable surplus of palm products, supporting global vegetable oil prices and competing oilseed-based feed inputs such as soybean meal.
