Malaysian Palm Oil Council forecasts August crude palm oil trading between RM4,400 and RM4,650 per tonne. June output rose 8% month on month to 1.63 million tonnes on a decade-high extraction rate, but stayed 3% below last year, and exports were 4% lower on softer Chinese and Indian demand.
Indonesia's B50 rollout supports palm demand, but soft Chinese and Indian imports and firm Malaysian output limit price gains, leaving the August range fairly balanced.
