Ukraine's Ministry of Agrarian Policy reported that 605 ships departed Greater Odesa ports in 2022 under the grain corridor, carrying 15.9 million tonnes of agricultural products including 4.7 million tonnes of wheat and 7 million tonnes of corn. Monthly volumes rose from 1.7 million tonnes in August to 4.2 million in October before easing.
Steady corridor throughput of Ukrainian corn and wheat moderates global feed grain prices, and the extension into March 2023 keeps supply flowing.
