The USDA's August 2026 WASDE projected record world soybean output of 442.25 million tonnes for 2026/27, up 12.79 million tonnes, led by US and Brazil. US soybean planted acreage was raised 1.4 million acres while yield was cut 0.2 bushels per acre.
A record global crop adds supply pressure, but strong export and crush demand is cushioning prices, so the net effect on feed meal and bean values is mixed.
