Danske Bank analyst Mikael Milhoj said EUR/USD moved lower on August 30 after strong US data, despite firm German inflation. He expected weaker eurozone core inflation and a possible ECB move to address euro appreciation at its next meeting.
He saw the pair under pressure near term.
Expected ECB action against euro strength would support the dollar and could pressure dollar-priced grain and meal values. The impact on feed prices is limited.
