India's soymeal exports are forecast to fall by over a quarter to about 1.5 million tonnes in the oil year ending September 2018 due to reduced soybean crushing availability. Shipments for October-March fell to 1.025 million tonnes from 1.189 million a year earlier.
Processors see some chance to supply China if US-China tariffs persist.
Lower Indian meal exports remove some supply from world markets, mildly supportive for soymeal prices, though India is a small player.
