The AMIS April 2019 market monitor reports that EU winter wheat conditions are generally favourable, though southern Europe needs rain. Crops are mostly favourable in Ukraine, Russia, China, India and the US southern Plains, while wet conditions raise concerns in Nebraska and the Dakotas.
