A FreightWaves Intel Group survey finds U.S. logistics firms, especially owner-operators and small fleets, are largely unprepared for diesel price volatility from IMO 2020. Most respondents are only monitoring the situation, and shippers expect carriers to pass on higher fuel surcharges.
