S&P Global features a warning that global gas could follow oil into an unchecked oversupply if no producer deal is reached. It says gas prices are at all-time lows because of oversupply and weaker demand, with market-share strategies dominating in Europe.
Gas at record lows and possible unrestrained supply would keep natural gas and energy-linked input costs under downward pressure.
