The dollar index slipped after US second-quarter GDP grew at a 4.1% annualized pace, in line with forecasts. Year-over-year growth of 2.8% was below expectations, and trade frictions were seen as a drag on the second half.
Strong US growth supports the dollar, but the softer year-over-year figure and trade concerns limit the move, leaving little clear pressure on dollar-priced feed ingredients.
