Senator Chuck Grassley joined a bipartisan group of senators urging EPA to raise 2020 biomass-based diesel and 2019 advanced biofuel volumes in the final RFS rule. The June proposal sets 2.43 billion gallons and 4.88 billion gallons respectively.
The senators also asked EPA to account for expected small refinery exemptions.
