OCP reported first-quarter 2020 revenues of US$1.27 billion and EBITDA of US$345 million, down from the prior year due to lower fertilizer prices. Higher export volumes partly offset the price decline, and EBITDA rose 48% from the fourth quarter of 2019.
Lower realised fertilizer prices at the largest phosphate exporter confirm soft phosphate pricing, while strong export volumes indicate ample supply.
