AHDB forecasts 2025/26 GB milk production at a record 13.05 billion litres, up 4.9 percent, with deliveries 5.5 percent ahead through 22 November. Favourable economics and cheaper feed, including record compound feed output, are supporting yields.
Growth is expected to slow after the spring flush as prices fall.
