USDA's December 2025 WASDE lowered U.S. corn ending stocks for 2025/26 by more than the average trade expectation, though the figure stayed within the Dow Jones range of 1.94 to 2.37 billion bushels. Soybean and wheat U.S. ending stocks were held steady, and U.S. corn and soybean yields and production were unchanged.
A tighter-than-expected U.S. corn carryout supports corn prices and feed grain costs for buyers. Soybeans and wheat show no new domestic change in this report.
