Our genetics contribute to an increased marbling percentage, meaning customers will receive high-quality, tender, and flavorful beef. Our goal is to provide our community and surrounding areas with the opportunity to consume safe, healthy beef raised and processed on a local ranch, by trusted growers who wish to inform their customers about where and how their product is raised. Our meat is: USDA Natural. We guarantee that animals have not received antibiotics for a minimum of 120 days before processing. Top quality. We use proven AI (artificial insemination) and exceptional herd sires to breed the desired Angus traits into our herd. Raised Locally. Cattle never travel more than 200 miles.
