DTN reported that the EPA left its June RVO proposal largely unchanged, with overall volumes rising to 19.92 billion gallons for 2019. DTN analyst Todd Hultman said the volumes should have little effect on corn or ethanol prices.
The analyst expects minimal price impact because the percentage blend requirement barely moved. Market reaction to the RFS is likely limited.
