The rupiah rose 0.07% to Rp14,090 per dollar on December 2 as the US dollar weakened on hopes of a $908 billion US fiscal stimulus package. The dollar index fell 0.22% on the day after dropping 0.61% the previous day, reaching its lowest level in more than two years.
