Malaysian palm oil futures rose for a third straight session as traders weighed Indonesia's plan to raise its biodiesel blend to B35 from B30 starting July 20. Malaysia's end-June stocks rose 8.8% to 1.66 million tonnes, while exports fell 13.3%.
A higher Indonesian biodiesel mandate absorbs more palm oil domestically, tightening exportable supply. Rising stocks and weaker exports cap the gains, so the net price effect is moderate.
