## About

St. Lucia Distillers produces rums across multiple brands and expressions. The portfolio includes Chairman's Reserve, Admiral Rodney, Bounty, and limited releases such as 1931. Production combines pot and column distillation, with blending from different still types. Maturation takes place mainly in American oak ex-bourbon casks, with select cask finishes released for certain expressions. Offerings span white, gold, dark, spiced, and aged rums, along with occasional single-cask bottlings for select markets. The company also hosts distillery tours and tastings that explain fermentation, distillation, blending, and aging. Products distribute to retailers, bars, and importers in numerous markets.
