John Gross, P.E.
John’s passion is helping businesses to be successful and developing teams. He spent 30 years in the corporate world solving problems and leading teams in industries ranging from pasta to automotive to industrial goods and pharmaceuticals. Along the way, he honed his problem-solving skills and team development skills by helping teams throughout the world. Examples include doubling feed additive production at a plant in Mexico and turning around a US manufacturing plant with profit and delivery problems—ultimately achieving a profit increase of 7.5x and consistent on-time delivery of 98%.
His desire to leave the bureaucracy and work more closely with people and teams led him to start his own process improvement coaching business—Driving Change, Inc. It was his experiences working with small businesses that led him to become a Professional EOS Implementer.

John lives in Washington, Mo (located about 45 miles southwest of St Louis) with his wife Karen. He is a US Air Force veteran and a licensed Professional Engineer. He primarily works in Missouri and Illinois, but, after a lifetime of traveling the world, he is open to going anywhere that needs his help to achieve Traction.
