AlvaroX

AlvaroX is the brand name for our portfolio of powerful and cost-effective antioxidants We develop and produce strong and very effective natural antioxidants made from ingredients like vitamins and powerful herbal extracts such as tocopherols and rosemary. Each component in our antioxidant systems serves a specific purpose, and some ingredients work best together (synergy). AlvaroX antioxidants are protecting the lipid components and are specially designed for pet foods, rendered products and animal feed applications: Our standard antioxidant systems, synthetic, hybrid and natural, offer solutions for most applications. We can also make tailormade premixes for your specific requirements. Switching from synthetic to natural, Clean-label or ‘no-label-change’, we make the product that you need.

Besides natural antioxidants we are also producing organic acids that help safeguard against microbial threats from raw ingredients through processing and storage. Organic acids protect against harmful bacteria and fungi by delivering a preservative benefit. Effective use of organic acids requires an understanding of their modes of action and how their combinations contribute.

We can help you in finding the right system for preserving sensorial and nutritional properties. Knowing where in the process to add antioxidants or organic acids, how much to add and what combination to use is critical to understand how to stabilize your ingredients and products. One antioxidant or one organic acid at high levels is not as effective as a group of functional ingredients acting together. We understand how these ingredients are acting together and offer the most effective blends to keep your products fresh for a longer period.
