Front-month February Henry Hub natural gas forward prices fell $1.156 to $3.541/MMBtu over the Dec. 30 to Jan.

Milder forecasts curb heating demand for natural gas, and ample supply keeps the market loose, pressuring gas prices. Lower natural gas costs can ease feed-processing and fertilizer input costs, but gas-linked feed ingredients like nitrogen-based products may see softer pricing pressure.
