Malaysia's primary industries minister said the sixth CPOPC ministerial meeting in Jakarta on February 28 will address trade policy, sustainable production and smallholder development. Officials said biodiesel blending under the B7 and B10 programmes is helping reduce a palm oil stockpile above three million tonnes.
Expanded biodiesel blending absorbs surplus palm oil, which supports crude palm oil prices and could ease the stockpile overhang.
