Federal Register :: Phosphate Fertilizers From the Kingdom of Morocco: Amended Preliminary Determination of Countervailing Duty Investigation

The US International Trade Administration published an amended preliminary countervailing duty determination on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco, applicable December 29, 2020. The notice updates the preliminary duty rates and cash deposit requirements for Moroccan imports.
