Urea prices rose ahead of price discovery on India's tender, which drew 2.66 million tonnes of offers against a target of 1.5 million tonnes. Offers east of Suez reached USD 415/tonne FOB, and potash climbed after a Belarusian producer shut production temporarily.
Strong Indian tender demand and offers near USD 405-415/tonne support higher urea prices in the export market. The Belarusian potash outage tightens supply and lifts potash prices.
