The USDA Grain Transportation Report says high water continues to stop traffic at St. Louis and on the Lower Illinois and much of the Arkansas rivers. Grain export inspections for the week ending May 23 totaled 2.16 million metric tons, down 22 percent from last year.
Wheat inspections fell 41 percent week over week.
