As Mexico Implements New Decree, NCGA Amplifies Call for Biden Administration to Initiate Dispute Settlement Under USMCA

The National Corn Growers Association called on the Biden administration to start USMCA dispute settlement over Mexico's new biotech corn decree. The group said the decree's accelerated timeline is a serious concern.
