CBOT wheat futures fell sharply after the WASDE showed U.S. wheat ending stocks at 901 million bushels, above the 869 million expected. Soybean stocks were slightly below estimates at 290 million bushels versus 302 million expected.
Wheat stocks well above expectations add to supply and reinforce the downtrend, pressuring wheat as a feed ingredient alternative to corn.
