ASA to EPA: adjust the blending targets for biomass-based diesel

ASA board member and Wisconsin farmer Tanner Johnson called on EPA to adjust Renewable Volume Obligations for biomass-based diesel. He argued the agency did not account for forecast growth in the sector, and the comments were made at the Commodity Classic.
