Guliet BioTech

Guliet Business Group and YB Biotech- farming have joined forces to pioneer innovative and sustainable agriculture solutions in Ethiopia. Together, we are committed to integrate smart agricultural practices through hydroponic technology, enabling efficient food production while conserving resources.

To establish climate-resilient hydroponic farms near Ethiopia’s major urban centre to ensure year-round access to high-quality, pesticide-free vegetables and nutrient-rich hydroponic fodder. With recurrent droughts and shrinking grazing land threatening livestock productivity, integrating hydroponic fodder will provide a sustainable and water-efficient solution for consistent animal feed supply. In addition to operating our own farms, we will work with large-scale and smallholder farmers to transfer knowledge, provide technical support, and promote adoption of hydroponic technology. This integrated approach strengthens both crop and livestock systems, enhances food security, conserves natural resources, and contributes to Ethiopia’s green and climate-resilient development goals.
