Alpahirt AG produces and sells natural dried meat and fresh meat products from alpine cattle, pigs, sheep and goats. The company focuses on trockenfleisch such as Bergsalsiz, Baron, Rindsalsiz variants, Schafsalsiz, Geisssalsiz and Bergfleisch für Heutage, as well as beef tallow and Natur-Rindshackfleisch. All products use meat from pasture-based alpine farming and are made without nitrite curing salts, added sugar, additives or allergens. Alpahirt distributes its assortment through an online shop, retail partners, gift boxes and curated subscription or club boxes for private and business customers.
